On Tuesday 28th
November, Edge awarded some of the country's best employers -
large and small, Toyota to Taylor's - for their innovative
approaches to training and developing their staff.
There were four
national winners of the Edge Employer Awards, which took place
at the Roundhouse in Camden.
Dyke House School (medium to large organisation), Taylor’s
Fish and Chip Restaurant (small organisation), Toyota Lexus
(national organisation) and Alasdair Craig (outstanding
individual learner) were the big winners on the night. Each
received a cheque from Edge to reinvest in training and
development.

Judges were
looking for a unique food and drink experience that has friendly
and approachable employees and can demonstrate outstanding
customer service skills.
